TK advocaten notarissen is a Dutch law firm with offices in Amsterdam (TKtech), Leiden and Alphen aan den Rijn. We represent and advise (international) businesses, institutions and private clients.

Position

TK is an ever-developing law firm of attorneys-at-law and civil-law notaries, a market leader in the Leiden region, and one of the top law firms in the Netherlands. We operate from the heart of the Randstad, a megalopolis in the central-western Netherlands consisting primarily of the four largest Dutch cities (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht) and their surrounding areas. We share are knowledge through our own training institute, the TK Academy.

Board

Jan Versteegh / managing partner attorneys-at-law
is an experienced director with extensive legal and business knowledge. In addition to the daily management of TK, Jan is engaged in complex administrative matters, mostly in the public domain. He is also the trusted advisor of many entrepreneurs.

Rik Kamps / managing partner civil-law notaries
has been a civil-law notary and a director since 1998. In addition to the daily management of TK, he is a qualified legal mediator, with a focus on mediating in disputes between directors and/or shareholders.
