On Thursday 26 September a.s. at 3 p.m. we are organizing an international webinar “Employment law and algorithms”.
Algorithms are forms of artificial intelligence that are increasingly being used in Human Resources. Consider, for example, self-learning programs used by Amazon and Uber that (partly) decide on recruitment and selection, assessment and remuneration.
During the 30-minute webinar, questions will be answered such as: What is an algorithm? To what extent can algorithms discriminate? Consider an application robot, which is used for recruiting. And what influence does an algorithm have on the existence of a relationship of authority?
