Boyd Veraart

Boyd is a legal officer at TK, where he focuses on IT and privacy issues.

Boyd works on cases involving complex legal issues around data protection, IT disputes and digital innovation. Within the IT & privacy team, he supports organisations in complying with all relevant privacy laws and regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation ("AVG"). In doing so, Boyd focuses specifically on supporting data protection officers and privacy officers. He is also involved in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and e-commerce issues.

Boyd has worked at TK since 2025. He studied Law at Tilburg University, where he also completed the honour programme at Tilburg Law School. He then followed the Master in Commercial Legal Practice at the University of Amsterdam. Boyd also worked as a privacy officer in the medical sector.
