Dick Timmermans

Dick Timmermans specialises in governance and healthcare law. He focuses on entering into and severing collaborations within health and welfare. As a trusted advisor, he assists boards of directors and supervisory boards. Within TK, he leads the Care & Welfare sector team.

Dick has been with TK since 2007. He was sworn in as a lawyer in 1999. In his work, he values a long-term relationship of trust with clients, linking challenges to solutions before the primary process is affected. He calls himself a strategist and a creator.

I invest and thrive in the strategic consulting practice focused on preventing problems and entering and breaking collaborations in a broad sense.

Dick is registered with the Dutch Bar Association in the following area of law:

Pursuant to this registration, he is obliged to obtain ten training points each calendar year for this area of law, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
