Elle van Gompel specialises in inheritance law, family law and estate planning. She advises and assists individuals/DGAs in drafting (life) wills, prenuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. She also assists families in settling estates.
Experience and background
When advising high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs as part of their estate planning, the focus is on the transfer of assets to the next generation and arranging the control of those assets. In that context, Elle seeks synergy between the corporate law structure and the family law provisions in prenuptial agreements, (life) wills and gift deeds.
Elle joined TK in 2019. She studied notarial law at Leiden University, is an EPN certified Estate Planner and has gained experience at several large firms.
