Eva de Maar

Eva works within IP, IT and Privacy and focuses on the tech sector.

Experience and background

Eva has been working at TK since 2025. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree in law with a major in IT law at the University of Groningen. During her studies, she took courses on electronic contract law and communication and media law. She was also active at the IT Rechtswinkel and the regular Rechtswinkel, where she advised clients on various legal issues within IT and private law.
