Nienke Veldhuis

Nienke is a legal assistant at TK specialising in employment law. She advises both companies and employees on a variety of employment law issues. Nienke is analytical and has a practical approach. Her focus is on translating legal issues into understandable and workable solutions.

Nienke has been working at TK since 2025. She studied law at Leiden University and obtained her master's degree in labour law in 2024. Nienke chose employment law because it is social law par excellence and she values an accessible and human approach to clients. She is also interested in European and international employment law and keeps abreast of developments within these areas.

Nienke offers practical solutions to employment law issues, always keeping in mind the human side of the law. She is there not only for legal support, but also as a trusted point of contact for clients in difficult situations.
