Floris van Galen

Floris is involved in numerous complex real estate projects throughout the Netherlands. He supervises the conclusion of letters of intent and cost recovery agreements and advises and litigates on permits and environmental plan amendments. Floris and his team supervise the entire process from acquisition and planning to licensing and issuance. Floris works for project developers, public authorities, housing corporations and healthcare and educational institutions.

Floris joined TK in 2007 and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2002. He studied Dutch law at Leiden University. In 2006, he completed the Grotius specialisation course in general administrative law and in 2023 the expropriation law course at CPO. With years of experience in public property law, he knows how to work through administrative processes and reduce complex legal questions to their essence.
