Zerliene Kruiver-Millenaar

Zerliene Kruiver-Millenaar is a lawyer at TK. Within the real estate sector, she specialises in spatial planning, enforcement, loss compensation and nature conservation law. She works for developers, construction companies, SMEs and public authorities. Zerliene is known for her pragmatic approach and broad vision, solving legal puzzles without losing sight of the client's goal.

Zerliene has been working at TK since 2025. She obtained her master's degree in private law in 2013 and her master's degree in public law in 2014.
