Simon Maertzdorf

Simon is a solicitor specialising in the property and education sectors, with a particular focus on general administrative law. He advises companies, private individuals and local authorities on matters of public law.

Experience and background

Simon has been working at TK since 2026. He studied Law at Leiden University, where he completed a Master’s specialisation in Encyclopaedia and Philosophy of Law, graduating cum laude. In addition, he obtained a Master’s degree in Philosophy of Law, Governance and Politics in 2024 and was admitted to the bar in the same year.
