TK has accompanied Rsult Group shareholders on Smile Sail's acquisition of a majority stake in the group. The stake is the first investment from Smile Sail's EUR 275 million Evergreen Fund, a fund focused on entrepreneurial companies in Software and AI.
About Rsult
Rsult is an international technology group with offices in countries including the Netherlands, the UK, South Africa and the Czech Republic. Rsult supports organisations with ERP migrations (including Oracle NetSuite) and related software and services. In addition, through Dataswitcher and Movemybooks, among others, Rsult uses AI-enabled SaaS solutions for financial data conversion and migrations between accounting systems.
Vision for the future
With this investment, Smile Sail and Rsult Group aim to accelerate further international growth in EMEA and further strengthen service delivery and (AI) capabilities.
