Michiel Teekens

Michiel Teekens specialises in (international) dispute resolution. He acts for Dutch and foreign companies and regularly works with foreign lawyers and receivers. He has extensive experience in cases with a link to the United States, including appointments as special counsel in (extensive) US bankruptcies. His commitment is based on sharp and effective legal and strategic insight, supported by personal commitment.

Michiel has been with TK since 2005. He studied international law at Utrecht University and followed the International Leadership Program 'Global Village on the Move' (Lehigh University and Iacocca Institute) in Italy. Michiel leads the Corporate & Commercial Litigation expertise team.
