Jan Willem Möller

Jan Willem Möller specialises in corporate law. In particular, he advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and investment rounds, focusing on both the legal and commercial side.

Jan Willem has been associated with TK since 2025. He studied Dutch Law (LL.B, 2007) and Business Law (LL.M, 2008) at the University of Groningen. He also attended an International Business Program at the University of Western Ontario in Canada. He worked in Hong Kong for ten years and is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and as a lawyer in the Netherlands.
