Julius Bos

Julius Bos specialises in project development, transactions and foreclosure auctions. He advises and assists public authorities, real estate funds, housing associations and institutional investors, among others, on real estate issues such as project development, (re)development of locations, demergers, real estate financing and restructuring. He also has expertise in VvE & Apartment Law.

Julius is part of the Real Estate & Projects team and the Real Estate sector team.

Julius joined TK in 2016. He studied Notarial Law at Leiden University and wrote his master's thesis on internet property foreclosure auctions.

In 2020, Julius completed the professional training for civil-law notaries and was sworn in as a candidate civil-law notary with authority to act independently.
