Yvo Rampersad

Yvo is a lawyer at TK specialising in civil real estate and commercial contracts. He advises and litigates for companies such as construction companies, schools, manufacturers and real estate investors. Yvo regularly acts in disputes between entrepreneurs, both in civil courts and before the Construction Arbitration Council.

Yvo graduated in 2010 and completed the masters in Criminal (procedural) Law and Civil Law. He has been working as a lawyer at TK since 2018. Previously, he worked as a lecturer at Leiden University and Utrecht University and at another law firm.

Yvo is registered with the Dutch Bar Association in the following area of law:

Pursuant to this registration, he is obliged to obtain ten training points each calendar year for this area of law, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
