Claudia Merkestein

Claudia supports trustees in the resolution of bankruptcies. She assesses financial and legal data, maps estate assets and informs creditors. She also drafts public (financial) reports, processes correspondence and supervises the legal and administrative completion of bankruptcy proceedings. She works clearly, proactively and accurately - ensuring that all parties involved remain well informed.

Claudia has worked at TK since 2014. She studied at Schoevers (2011) and completed the bankruptcy law course in 2018.
