Gerrit-Jan de Bock advises and represents (medium-)large companies and (semi-)public institutions. With his expertise in IT, commercial litigation and insolvency and restructuring, he helps companies resolve complex legal issues.

Gerrit-Jan has been working at TK since 2003. With his years of experience, Gerrit-Jan is able to think along at strategic, tactical and operational level in order to make the right choices in legal disputes.

Decisive and with a good feel for business relationships, he seeks solutions that are satisfactory to all stakeholders. Even when this requires litigation, he is in his element.
