Milko Spaa

Milko is a lawyer at TK and advises companies and entrepreneurs, with a focus on insolvencies and restructurings. Milko has 30 years of experience as a lawyer in civil law, as a receiver in bankruptcies and as a consultant in insolvency practice.

Milko has been working at TK since 2024. He studied Dutch law at Erasmus University Rotterdam (1993) and attended the postgraduate specialisation course Insolad/Grotius at the Grotius Academy in Nijmegen. He also completed the Financial Economics course for insolvency lawyers at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Milko is an experienced litigator who assists companies and entrepreneurs. This often involves practical and legal solutions to insolvency and restructuring issues. He is known for his astuteness and experience in assisting companies in drafting and reviewing agreements.

Milko is registered with the Dutch Bar Association in the following areas of law:

Pursuant to this registration, Milko is obliged to obtain ten training points each calendar year for these areas of law, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
