Dick Feddes

Dick Feddes is an all-round lawyer, but specialises in employment law and operates within the Retail & Hospitality sector. In particular, he advises entrepreneurs, HR departments, executives, works councils and local authorities on a variety of legal issues.

He is coordinator of MediRegres, which supports employers in recovering wage damage and reintegration costs from liable parties.

Dick has been with TK since 2010. He studied law in Groningen and completed his studies in 2004. He took the specialist course in labour law at the Grotius Academy and is a certified external confidential adviser. His knowledge is enhanced by years of experience and close involvement with clients in the healthcare, construction, engineering, manufacturing and retail sectors, among others. He has also gained many years of management experience at various organisations.

(Employment) law is about people and interests. The dynamics, the psychological element and the constant changes mean that this work is never standard and that you have to think creatively and stay sharp. Within Retail & Hospitality, there is also the social character and the speed of developments, which suits my character well.
