Maaike Koot

Maaike Koot is a lawyer in the Employment Law and Corporate/M&A team and advises (international) companies and institutions on various employment law issues.

Maaike has been working at TK since 2021. She studied law at Leiden University, where she also obtained a master's degree in labour law and a master's degree in criminal law. She graduated in 2021. In employment law, the dynamics appeal to her, and the direct impact that good advice can have on the daily lives of both employees and employers.

Maaike thinks along, acts energetically and is focused on solutions. Clients appreciate her committed approach, even in situations that can change quickly. In her work, it is not the conflict but the solution that is central.

Maaike is registered with the Dutch Bar Association in the following area of law:

Pursuant to this registration, she is obliged to obtain ten training points each calendar year for this area of law, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
