Dominique Beerenfenger

Dominique advises (inter)national companies in areas such as contract law, internal and external disputes and reorganisations. His clients range from SMEs to larger corporations.

In 2018, Dominique received his bachelor's degree in law from Leiden University and in 2021 he successfully completed his master's degree in corporate law at Leiden University. Dominique has been associated with TK since 2022.

Dominique has previously been a legal advisor at Stichting de Haagse Wetswinkel for a year and a half and has completed several legal internships. Dominique has also been a board member at a local business association. Through his master's thesis, he gained a lot of knowledge about the cause investigation in bankruptcy (master's thesis: 'To what extent does the methodology of disaster investigations lend itself to be applied to the fact investigation as part of the cause investigation in bankruptcy?')

During his studies, Dominique ran a business in specialist floor maintenance for four years.
