Renée van Exter

Renée is a lawyer within the Real Estate sector and therefore enjoys working with commercial (re)tenants, contractors and clients such as property developers. Her specialisation is in construction and tenancy law.

Closely involved with clients and determined to achieve the desired solution.

Renée has been working at TK since 2024. She gained her legal expertise while studying law at Leiden University and the University of Amsterdam. Before starting her career at TK, Renée gained experience as a lawyer at a real estate investor and later as a lawyer in Amsterdam. There, she further developed and honed her skills in real estate law.

Renée is known for her creativity in coming up with solutions and her determination to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.

My drive is to achieve the ideal situation for the client. Every problem requires a unique and sometimes creative approach, which can lead to surprising solutions, even if they are not immediately obvious.
