With this acquisition, Bauer Media Outdoor Netherlands takes over direct management of municipal contracts from 2C, strengthening the foundation for further growth and digitalisation of the network.
About 2C
2C manages concessions with over 60 Dutch municipalities and has built a strong position within the public domain. The acquisition is in line with Bauer Media Outdoor Netherlands' long-term strategy to continue investing in quality, continuity and innovation. Although the network of around 20,000 classic panels and 800 digital screens remains unchanged in terms of content, a large part of it is now fully owned by Bauer Media Outdoor Netherlands.
