Pietia Laarhoven

Pietia Laarhoven - van der Mark is a lawyer and partner at TK. She is active within the expertise areas Corporate/M&A and competition, state aid and procurement. Her clients are active in diverse sectors, from start-ups to investment vehicles, from family businesses to healthcare companies. In merger and acquisition processes, she works closely with financial and tax specialists. She is known for her sharp analyses, clear recommendations and eye for strategic value.

Pietia has been with TK since 2005. She studied civil law at Leiden University and completed her studies in 1994. In 1995, she studied at the University of Copenhagen, where she specialised in, among other things, comparative commercial law.
