Ginny Kessels

Ginny is a lawyer and partner at TK. She advises healthcare institutions across the Netherlands and focuses on complex employment law issues where the interests of both the healthcare institution and her clients are paramount. Ginny has a practical and creative approach and looks beyond legal aspects, with an eye for the specific regulations and collective labour agreements within the healthcare sector.

Ginny has worked at TK since 2009. She studied Law at Maastricht University and graduated in 2002. Her focus on the healthcare sector stems from her conviction that it is the most essential sector, employing passionate people who constantly face social and legal challenges.

With boundless energy, I am committed to the most essential sector there is. Care and welfare institutions must be able to rely on a sustainable future of their organisation where the right people are attracted and retained. Together we work to maintain a grip on the quality of care.
