Alex van der Weele specialises in notarial corporate law and advises and assists clients with incorporations, amendments to articles of association, (board) appointments, corporate transactions and restructurings.

Alex is part of the Corporate/M&A expertise team. His clients include commercial companies (SME+) and non-profit organisations such as foundations and associations.

Experience and background

Alex has been a candidate notary at TK since 2024. He studied Notarial Law at Leiden University and wrote his master's thesis on breakthrough dilemmas surrounding the legal person as director. During his studies, Alex gained legal experience at several notary offices.
