Rudolph Snethlage

Rudolph Snethlage is a lawyer and partner at TK. He has decades of experience guiding transactions such as corporate acquisitions, venture capital and private equity deals. He is at home in controlled auctions, MBO/MBIs, pre-exits and leveraged buy-outs. He also acts for management teams that are 'allowed' to co-invest. Rudolph studied Dutch Private Law in Utrecht and started practising law in 1986. Prior to TK, he worked, among others, at Trenité, Van Doorne and at Landwell, PwC's law firm.
