Kim Remerij

Kim Remerij specialises in both notarial and general corporate law and has extensive experience in (cross-border) mergers, conversions and acquisitions. She advises and assists national and international companies and institutions in setting up, demerging and reorganising legal structures, employee and management participations, joint ventures and corporate governance.

Kim leads the notarial corporate law team and is part of the expertise team Corporate/M&A.

For me, taking all factors into account is the basis for good advice.

Kim joined TK as a candidate notary in 2006. She studied Notarial Law at the University of Amsterdam. In 2010, she completed the notarial professional training. She then successfully completed the Grotius specialisation course in Corporate and Business Law.

Kim is a member of the Association of Notarial Corporate Law Specialists in Notarial Practice.
