Onno Cusell

Onno is a lawyer within the Corporate/M&A team. His clients are mainly family businesses and medium-sized and large national and international companies. Onno advises inter alia on shareholder disputes, corporate acquisitions, participations, joint ventures, incorporations, mergers and demergers, dissolutions and corporate governance issues.

Onno has worked at TK since 2021. He studied Dutch law and obtained a master's degree in corporate law and a master's degree in financial law. Onno has worked in the advice and transactions practice since 2014 and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2019.

Onno is registered with the Dutch Bar Association in the following area of law:

Pursuant to this registration, he is obliged to obtain ten training points each calendar year for this area of law, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
