Bram Niehoff
Bram advises family businesses and medium-sized and large national and international companies on a wide range of corporate law matters. His practice focuses on business acquisitions, shareholdings, company formations, mergers and demergers, corporate governance issues and shareholder disputes.
Experience and background
Bram has been working at TK since June 2026. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Dutch law in 2024 and completed his Master’s degree in Corporate Law at the University of Groningen in 2026.
