Anouk Pasman is a notarial lawyer specialising in notarial corporate law. She supports entrepreneurs from SMEs, individuals and larger companies on a variety of corporate law issues.

Anouk is part of the expertise team Corporate/M&A. She is involved in preparing and managing files, taking care of registrations in the trade and UBO register and drafting private documents and draft deeds.

Experience and background

Anouk has been working at TK since March 2022. She obtained her bachelor's degree in law from Hogeschool Leiden and continued her studies with a propaedeutic at Leiden University. She then completed both bachelor's and master's degrees in Civil Law at the Open University, where she graduated in 2017.
